It's hand blended to be steeped slowly and, to add the sweetness that really gives a comforting lift, Himalayan honey has been added. The result is a mellow, toasty and gently sweet chai with distincitve buttery toffee notes.
Everything else in this gift hamper leans into that same warmth. Traditional Toffee from The Toffee Factory in Denmark, WA, brings a rich, nostalgic sweetness, balanced by Honey Almond Nougat from Nougat & Nice and Buttery Shortbread Biscuits from Ogilvie & Co.
From Bahen & Co in Margaret River, there's chocolate-coated Confit Orange Peel which adds a bittersweet edge, cutting through the sweetness and rounding out the flavours.
There’s also chai-infused raw honey from Wedderburn Honey in the South West along with a stainless steel infuser to brew the chai easily.
