It features the 2023 Miamup Cabernet Sauvignon from Howard Park, a Margaret River drop with smooth berry flavours and a touch of local character. Alongside it are the hand-picked, traditionally cured Marinated Mixed Olives from Sabina Farm, perfect for starting a simple, relaxed platter.
From Olio Bello, the Beetroot Relish adds colour and tang, while their Parmesan-Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil brings a surprisingly clean parmesan note - just right for dipping crackers before rolling them through Hippo Lakes Dukkah or adding a spoon of their Caramelised Onion Chutney.
The Blue Cheese & Manjimup Truffle Crackers from Margaret River Cracker Co add a savoury hit that echoes one of the region’s signature flavours. And for the sweeter side of the weekend, the White Chocolate Sauce with Cognac & Vanilla Bean from A Bit on The Side can be gently warmed and enjoyed with the Cappuccino & Hazelnut Biscotti from Simply Amazing Biscotti.
