All hampers are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a product of equal or higher value while keeping the overall style and quality consistent.
Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through one of our approved payment methods (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other options shown at checkout).
Shipping & Delivery
We prepare and ship orders promptly. Orders placed before 2pm AWST are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery timeframes and conditions are detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Once an order has left our premises, responsibility for delivery is transferred to our shipping partners, although we’ll always do our best to help if delays occur.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible (within 5 days of delivery) and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
