What payment methods and invoicing options do you offer?
For corporate orders and where they are not placed through the website, we issue a tax invoice payable by EFT (direct deposit) or credit card. For larger orders, a 50% deposit is requested on approval of the quote, with the remaining balance due before dispatch.
Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes, we regularly deliver corporate orders to multiple locations. We’ll provide a simple spreadsheet template to collect recipient details and manage delivery for you.
Can I send personalised messages for each recipient?
Yes. We’re happy to include a personalised message with each gift. You provide the wording for each recipient using the same spreadsheet template we use for addresses, and we’ll ensure they are included with each hamper.
Including individual messages is an effective way to make corporate gifting feel more personal and genuine.
I need a corporate gift in a hurry, can you help?
Yes. We hold stock of our core products in-house, which means we can pack and dispatch a gourmet or bespoke gift quickly. If there’s something specific you’d like which we don't have, and we can get it within your timeframe, we’ll do our best to source it.

What customisation and branding do you offer?
We have customisation options available for orders of 5 or more, but these vary based on the quantity ordered, lead time and budget. We’ll provide you with the most suitable options and include them in your quote to keep the process simple.
Options may include:
- Designing and printing a branded greeting card or story card.
- Designing and printing a custom ribbon or belly band with your logo or imagery.
- For orders of 10 or more gift boxes, we have several options available for putting your logo on our premium white or black magnetic hamper boxes.
- For larger orders of 50 gift boxes or more, we offer fully custom printed boxes featuring your logo and brand colours.
- In some cases, business branding on selected products may be possible, subject to supplier availability.
With sufficient lead time, we’re able to offer a range of premium branding options that align with your business.
Can I design my own corporate hamper?
Yes. Custom hampers are available for orders of five or more, or for ongoing corporate gifting. We’ll guide you through product and packaging options, help you work to a budget, and provide a quote once the details are finalised.
How do I place a bulk order for a large number of hampers?
Once you’ve confirmed the hamper details and quantities, we’ll provide a clear quote and invoice for a 50% deposit. From there, we manage sourcing, packing and delivery, working to the agreed lead time for your order.
What if there is a problem with the order, the delivery fails or is returned?
If there’s an issue with an order or delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation and work with you to find a practical solution on a case-by-case basis. Our priority is always to resolve issues promptly and ensure a positive outcome for you and your recipient.
