We always pack hampers just before dispatch to ensure they arrive looking fresh and beautifully presented.
For Local South West Deliveries (Busselton, Dunsborough & surrounds) we offer next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm, with most Extended South West Deliveries also arriving the next business day unless they are a little further away. We will contact you if there's a delay.
WA & Australia-wide orders placed before 2pm AWST are usually dispatched the same day to Australia Post. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next business day.
Requesting a Preferred Delivery Date
If you’re planning ahead and would like your gift to arrive closer to a special date, you can request a preferred delivery date in the shopping cart.
When this option is selected, we calculate the dispatch date based on the shipping method that you choose (Standard or Express) and Australia Post’s estimated delivery timeframes.
We will err on the side of caution as we'd prefer it arrived earlier rather than later
While delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to have your gift arrive on or before the requested day.
For local hand deliveries within WA’s South West, your gift will be delivered on the requested day where possible, or the closest business day prior if the date falls on a weekend or public holiday.

Orders within the South West are personally hand-delivered the next business day. Your gift is delivered directly from us to the recipient's door.
Australia-Wide Shipping (via Australia Post)
We deliver Australia-wide using tracked postage so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You’ll receive your tracking number automatically via email once your order has been shipped.

Western Australia: 2–5 business days
Interstate (outside WA): 5–10 business days
Express Shipping
Western Australia: 1–3 business days
Interstate (outside WA): 2–5 business days
Express Shipping is the best option for time-sensitive gifts.
