We prepare and send orders as quickly as possible so your gift arrives fresh and beautifully presented. Orders placed before 2pm AWST are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next business day.
If you’re in the region of Busselton and Dunsborough (postcodes 6280 & 6281), we offer next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm — perfect for last-minute gifts that still feel thoughtful and personal.

We deliver Australia-wide using tracked postage so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You’ll receive your tracking number automatically via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
We offer FREE standard shipping across Australia for orders over $150.

Damaged, Missing or Delayed Orders
We take great care in packaging each hamper so it arrives safely and as intended. If your order is damaged, missing or delayed, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the hamper of how it was received so that we can assess the situation and speak with you about the best solution. We may send the missing or damaged item, send a replacement hamper, offer a partial refund or issue store credit.
In some cases we may need the item returned, but we'll guide you through that if it's required.
Our goal is always to make things right quickly and with as little hassle as possible. We’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.
Returns & Refunds
Because our hampers contain perishable and personalised items, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 5 days of delivery) and we’ll assess the situation and discuss with you the best solution.
