Bahen & Co are widely regarded as producing some of Australia’s most exceptional chocolate, sourcing carefully selected cacao beans directly from farms in Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and Brazil. Their small-batch chocolate is made using restored vintage equipment — including a 1930s Barth Sirocco roaster and a century-old melangeur — allowing the natural flavour of the cacao to develop slowly and beautifully.
Alongside this glorious Easter egg sits The Grove Distillery Butterscotch Liqueur, handcrafted at their Margaret River distillery. This rich and velvety liqueur captures the nostalgic flavour of true butterscotch — deep caramel notes, soft toffee sweetness and a beautifully smooth finish.
It’s a wonderfully versatile indulgence. Stir it into an espresso martini for a luxurious twist, float a touch of cream over the top, pour it generously over vanilla ice cream, or enjoy it simply over ice. The warm caramel character also pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, roasted nuts and other rich Easter treats.

The Grove Distillery Butterscotch Liqueur 375mL
Rich & velvety with the nostalgic flavour of true butterscotch. Delicious with a layer of cream on top or drizzled over ice cream, but also paired with rum or ginger ale, and a must alongside dark chocolate.

Based in Margaret River, Bahen & Co craft their chocolate using old-world machines and a traditional slow chocolate-making
process. Jacqui and Josh work directly with cacao farmers around the world, building long-term, fair relationships to source exceptional beans. Their chocolate is stone-ground in small batches to preserve the true flavour of the cacao, creating chocolates that are simple, pure and full of character. It’s a beautiful example of craftsmanship based in the South West, and their chocolate brings a unique touch to every hamper.
