Nicci and Bryce run this small, locally owned Dunsborough business, handmaking the crackers found on just about every grazing board in the South West. They make them in small batches using real, local ingredients –
fresh herbs from their own garden, garlic from a local organic supplier, cheeses from the south west and truffles sourced from the region. Their range includes both classic and gluten-free options, they’ve developed a gluten-free recipe where there’s no compromise on quality or flavour. This is a real success story, with their crackers earning national awards and a loyal local following along the way.
