The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon from MadFish sets a light, refreshing tone with crisp, citrusy finish, perfect for relaxed sipping. Alongside it are the Pickled Blueberries from Vasse Virgin, a beautifully unique South West treat that adds a burst of tang and sweetness, especially good on a little grazing plate.
From Crunch Preserves comes their Fig & Szechuan Pepper Jam, rich and aromatic, and their Piccalilli Relish, full of colour and punch. Both are perfect for scooping up with the Fresh Rosemary with Rock Salt Crackers from Margaret River Cracker Co, which carry just enough herb and salt to lift each flavour.
For something savoury and satisfying, the Rosemary + Saltbush Nuts from GH Produce add a crunchy, aromatic hit. These are earthy, lightly seasoned and completely moreish.
And for the sweet finish that every lazy afternoon needs, Bahen & Co Chocolate Makers adds two favourites. Chocolate-coated Confit Orange Peel with their bright citrus bite, and the chocolate-coated Dark Red Cherries.
