Bettenay's Nougat
Bettenay’s make their incredible nougat onsite at their family winery just outside Margaret River, using locally sourced ingredients wherever they can. This is a wonderful place to visit, where you can slow down for a long lunch by the lake, wander through the cellar door and see nougat being made, all in the same visit. Their wine and nougat pairing experience has become a favourite, offering a simple and delicious way to enjoy what they create. Our tip is that when you visit, try their Nougaretto Coffee Liquor. Spectacular!
