Bush Berry Afternoons
Hamper Details
They start with the sugar rim. Press the glass gently into the berry crystals, add ice, a slice of dehydrated pink grapefruit and a generous pour of Black Cockatoo Distillery Bush Berry Gin. The first sip is bright with sweet-tart berry notes, balanced by a gentle citrus edge and that unmistakable earthiness that comes from gin botanicals.
A touch of Wedderburn's West Australian honey infused with elderflower on the rim is a lovely surprise, pairing beautifully with the Fig & Raspberry Nougat from Nougat & Nice.
White Chocolate with Raspberries from Temper Temper keeps the berry notes flowing and Dark Chocolate Roasted Caramel Hazelnuts bring a richer, slightly bitter finish to balance the sweetness between sips.
The extra flourishes from Passioné Secca are included in the hamper - beautiful slices of dried pink grapefruit from the Perth hills and Berry Good Rimming Sugar with freeze dried strawberry. And, on the off chance that they really do want to measure for accuracy, we've included a handy spirit jigger.
This is a gift made for two chairs in the garden and long lazy conversations that stretch into the evening.
