The kind that starts with zesty zing, leans into heat, rolls through salt and sour, and somehow ends up with another can cracked open before anyone’s really thought it through.
At the centre is a cheeky line-up of gluten-free crafties from Someday Somehow, a small local producers making a big name for themselves.
They’re backed up by two types of legendary jerky from Jibba's in Busselton and, because salt is a must with lime, we've added a big bag of Savoury Nibbles.
But, the standout snack that stops people mid-bite are the Black Lime and Chilli Peanuts from Australian Black Limes, the only producer of black limes in the country and they're right here in WA. These peanuts are bright, citrusy, gently smoky, with just enough chilli warmth to keep things interesting.

Australian Black Limes
Have you heard of black limes? Not surprising because this family is the only one that produces them in all of Australia! They grow them in Gingin (yes, we know, not in the South West but this is so special, we think they deserve a place). Black limes have an incredible zesty, smoky flavour - totally unique.
