From lemons grown in their Bridgetown orchard, this golden limoncello from Black Cockatoo Distillery captures the brightness of the South West.  Distilled with native lemon myrtle and vanilla and matured with hand-peeled fruit, this is rich, citrus-led and beautifully smooth.

This hamper brings together the elements of a traditional after-dinner ritual. Orange & Almond Biscotti for crisp texture and Honey & Almond Nougat for creamy sweetness. Traditional Panforte with roasted almonds, dried fruit and warm spices adds depth without being heavy. 

It's at its best served ice-cold, straight from the freezer or, as the Italians do, where it's poured over vanilla ice cream as a limoncello affogato, a twist on the espresso version.  It's also wonderful topped up with prosecco or sparkling wine as a lively citrus spritzer.

WA Wood Design by Paul

Paul at WA Wood Designs is a true craftsman, creating beautiful serving and kitchen boards from salvaged WA timbers that would otherwise go to waste. Working from his home workshop, he shapes each piece by hand, letting the natural character of the wood guide the design. His wife Jackie gives every board its final touch, applying multiple layers of food-grade oil that bring out the grain and give a high-end finish. You’ll often find Paul & Jackie at the Busselton & Dunsborough weekend markets and others around the wider South West, sharing their work with locals and tourists who want to take home a stunning piece of our region’s timbers.
