The Chocolate Trail celebrates the simple joy of meandering through the south west, discovering chocolatey treats from one artisan maker after another - a little indulgence from here, a sweet surprise from there.
From Nougat & Nice, there are Chocolate Coated Almonds with a satisfying crunch and their Roasted Coconut & Milk Chocolate Nougat, a soft and creamy favourite that hints at warm, toasty notes.
From Temper Temper comes a pair of playful creations. Their Milk Chocolate Raspberry Lollies and their ‘Bussell Hwy’ Rocky Road, a nod to the winding road that connects so many of the region’s beloved chocolate stops.
The Drinking Chocolate from Bahen & Co is rich, velvety and pure, perfect for creating a luxurious warm-mug moment. From Wedderburn Honey, the Chocolate-Infused Honey adds a glossy sweetness that feels both comforting and a little unexpected.
For a deeper chocolate hit, there’s the Fudgy Nut Brownie from The Margaret River Fudge Factory. This is dense, decadent and delicious! The Cappuccino & Hazelnut Biscotti from Simply Amazing Biscotti adds the perfect crisp, coffee-kissed contrast.
To finish, the Chocolate Grandmarnier Sauce and Chocolate Dukkah from A Bit on The Side in Denmark invite a little ritual of indulgence. The sauce is gently warmed, the biscotti dipped, then rolled through the dukkah for a moment that’s decadent and fun.

This is a decadent nougat, sure to impress. Milk chocolate, roasted almonds & pecans are folded through the nougat and then topped with more chocolate & roasted coconut. Completely indulgent. Handmade by a small pâtissier-led team in Bunbury, WA.

These are a dream come true. A raspberry lolly centre coated in smooth milk chocolate. It's hard to stop at one. From Cowaramup in WA's south west.

Made in Chapman Hill in the South West, this dukkah is not just for dipping. We sprinkle it on hummus or roasted veggies but the trifecta of avocado + balsamic + dukkah is the real winner.

Rich chocolate with a dash of Grand Marnier. A real treat dipped with biscotti or biscuits, or warm and drizzle over fresh fruit and ice cream.

Temper Temper Fine Chocolate is run by chocolatiers Roz and Georgia, whose kitchen is always full of creativity (and usually loud music). From their Cowaramup shop, and their new Margaret River location, they handcraft a huge range of unique chocolates using premium ingredients and plenty of imagination. With backgrounds in food and a shared love of experimenting, they’ve created a much-loved local brand known for flavours that are fun, surprising and always a hit with locals and visitors.
