Bush Berry Gin from Black Cockatoo Distillery in Bridgetown leads the way with its sweet-tart native berries, classic botanical depth, and a natural pink blush from rosella flavours.
Stunning citrus circles of dehydrated pink grapefruit from Passioné Secca add an elegant flourish and we've included a double spirit jigger just in case they like to measure.
The rest is for grazing. To continue the blush theme and because the earthiness pairs perfectly, Beetroot Relish from Olio Bello and Fresh Rosemary & Rock Salt Crackers from the Margaret River Cracker Co are a wonderful inclusion. For a little salt and crunch, there's also a pack of Salted Roasted Macadamias from Morish Nuts. A soft brie with fresh berries would not go astray on the table...just saying.

Black Cockatoo Bush Berry Gin 700mL
This is a multi-award winner from Black Cockatoo Distillery in Bridgetown. The bush berries, or lilly pilly berries, are just the start of the botanicals in this gorgeous gin. There's also river mint, edible lavender and Geraldton wax, pink grapefruit has been used for sweetness and spices for complexity. The pretty pink hue is thanks to rosella flowers and raspberries and because it's natural, will fade over time. Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 41%
Passioné Secca Dehydrated Pink Grapefruit 30g
Blush, bold and a little bit fabulous. Just pure pink grapefruit, bringing the drama to the glass.
SolarFruit Choc Coated Dried Plums 120g
Totally unique! These bite-sized beauties are made from naturally sun-dried plums and then encased in delicious chocolate. From Brookhampton in WA's renowned stonefruit region.
Margaret River Cracker Co - Rosemary & Rock Salt 110g
Crunchy crackers infused with local rosemary & sea salt, they're also the perfect shape for scooping. Handmade in small batches by a lovely husband & wife team in the Margaret River region.

It's not a party until the macadamias arrive! Australian macadamias, roasted then lightly salted with natural lake salt. These are definitely morish!
Bettenays Nougat - Cranberry & Pistachio 180g
Fresh pistachios, sourced from local farms in Perth, have been slow-roasted and combined with cranberries & south-west honey. This is the traditional style, encased in the world's finest Dutch rice paper. All handmade in the beautiful Margaret River region.

Paul at WA Wood Designs is a true craftsman, creating beautiful serving and kitchen boards from salvaged WA timbers that would otherwise go to waste. Working from his home workshop, he shapes each piece by hand, letting the natural character of the wood guide the design. His wife Jackie gives every board its final touch, applying multiple layers of food-grade oil that bring out the grain and give a high-end finish. You’ll often find Paul & Jackie at the Busselton & Dunsborough weekend markets and others around the wider South West, sharing their work with locals and tourists who want to take home a stunning piece of our region’s timbers.
