Local grain, natural spring water from the property and maturation in a single ex-bourbon cask result in a whisky with orchard fruit and gentle spice, followed by caramel, toasted almond and creamy vanilla. It's a multi-award winner earning Gold at the 2025 Perth Royal Distilled Spirits Awards and Silver at the 2026 Melbourne Spirit Awards.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe serving board is handmade by Paul at WA Wood Design in Australind, using reclaimed Western Australian timber. Each one has its own grain, markings and colour, so no two are quite the same. Choose from marri or jarrah and, once the food is gone and the whisky bottle is empty, this beautiful keepsake remains to be used again.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe food has been chosen with the serving board in mind. Marinated olives and garlic sit alongside caramelised onion chutney and blue cheese \u0026amp; Manjimup truffle crackers, giving the beginnings of a very good grazing board — they just add their favourite cheese.
