A stainless steel jigger is included for a well-measured pour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe star of the show though is Woodlands Batch #5 Single Malt Whisky, produced grain to glass at the base of the Porongurup Range in WA's Great Southern. Matured in a single ex-bourbon cask, it has notes of orchard fruit and gentle spice, caramel, toasted almond and creamy vanilla. Batch #5 was awarded Gold at the 2025 Perth Royal Distilled Spirits Awards and Silver at the 2026 Melbourne Spirit Awards - it really is that good!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Distiller's Selection is less about one flavour pairing and more about giving a whisky lover the chance to find their own favourites.
